After working for the German International School Sydney in administration and as the IT Manager for the last 12+ years and supporting Friendlyware in administration, Joel has decided to dive into "the pool of real challanges". Both his technical expertise in administrating a large and challanging network and his knowledge in ITIL Management for best practices in IT service management will allow us to offer a comprehensive approach to IT support and managment to our customer base.

11/2011 - Gruess Gott Oliver

Born and bread in Austria, Oliver Fast arrived in November to strengthen our team's ability to react to customers demand in a fast, friendly and efficient way, both on-line support from our office and on-site at our customers premisses. He brings with him seven years of experience as IT consultant and technician in Europe, experience in project implementation and (importantly) a great sense of humor.

4/2011 - Welcome Peter

Benefits include reduced server costs, a significantly increase in disaster recovery protection, reduced power consumption, cooling requirement and of cause: less greenhouse gas. We are expecting to increase the number of ESX installations by one a month for the next 18 month.
